The Board meets in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order. The participants are the Board members, and the meeting will follow the published agenda. Owners who wish to make a comment on an agenda item will be afforded 3 minutes per comment. There are two ways to submit a question:

 

1. Contact your unit representative prior to the meeting to ensure they are on the schedule. You can find their name on this website by clicking on "Board Information" and then "Directors and Committees"

2. Complete the "Contact Us" form shown below.

Only agenda topics will be discussed. Following the meeting, there will be a question-and-answer session Members may speak during the meeting on agenda items only. An open-ended question and answer session will occur subsequent to adjournment of the board meeting.
