Spanish Wells Neighborhoods

The community of Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club (G&CC) consists of 8 subdivisions, 7 of which are not bundled. There is no Master HOA resident or tenant application. Castle Group is the property management company hired to manage the daily operations of Spanish Wells (excludes the G&CC facilities). The Association occupies a site of approximately 600 acres and consists of 1,361 residential lots, 3 - 9-hole golf courses, country club facility, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, BOCE courts and a fitness center. There are several lots that are currently owned by SWCA and 42 lakes for water management to protect Spanish Wells.
